1. Overview. This website is operated by Whirlivo ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products. We try to show our products and colors accurately, but screens vary, so we can't guarantee exact appearance. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing and payment. All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and may change without notice. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we spot a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If this happens after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
6. Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. You're responsible for entering a correct shipping address.
7. Returns and refunds. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Product use and safety. Use the bottle as directed. Don't put it in a dishwasher or microwave unless the product instructions say it's safe, and don't submerge the base. Follow the charging and care instructions included with your bottle.
9. Warranty. We offer a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover damage from misuse or normal wear.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Whirlivo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our site or products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product.
11. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the name, logo, text, images, and videos, belongs to Whirlivo. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to hack it, post unlawful content, or use it for fraud.
13. Privacy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third-party links. Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on our site applies to your order.
16. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
